If you have lost access to your email registered with Santripe, we can help you reset it!
Simply Contact Us at help@santripe.com with the following details:
- Your full name
- The current email you have lost access to
- The new email you want to be updated
- The reason(s) you are requesting the change
- A picture of you holding a white paper with the words "Santripe Fix It" and today's date boldly written on top clearly.
- A clear copy of your government-issued ID (International Passport, Voters Card, Driver's License. National Identity Card)
Once your email is received, a reset would be made within 3-hours if everything checks out well.
Your personal documents uploaded for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification are securely stored and processed in compliance with data protection regulations. They are used solely for identity verification purposes and are not shared with third parties without your consent. Once your verification is complete, your documents are securely stored or deleted based on our privacy policy, ensuring your information remains protected at all times.
For account verification, we require the following documents:
- A valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, national ID card, or driver’s license).
- A proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
- A live selfie for identity verification.
These documents help us verify your identity and ensure the security of your account.

For individual transactions, there is a limit of $20,300 a day which cannot be exceeded. However, some of our partners set their own limits, which may be lower than this value. In addition, the selected payout method may also affect the maximum limit.

We only charge a minimum fee for your money transfer, which varies depending on the amount sent and the destination country. Simply use our fee calculator on the app, which will show you the fees. This way you can see the exact amount your recipient will receive in the respective national currency.
