Are Santripe issued cards 3D enabled?

Yes, Santripe Cards are 3D Enabled. however if the merchant/website you are paying does not use 3D still your card can be debited.

What are your exchange rates?

We dont determine exchange rates for you. we use that day`s market rate..

How do i topup my business account?

There are 3 ways currently to topup your business or personal santripe account.

  1. Bank Transfer
  2. Cyrpto Currency
  3. Mobile Wallets ( Limited Markets )

Where can santripe issued cards work ?

Our cards can be used anywhere visa cards are accepted, Gas stations, ATMs, Point Of Sale( POS ) Devices, Ecommerce, Airline websites, Hotels, Car Rental. etc.. Our cards are limitless.

Is santripe PCI DSS compliant?

YES, We are a Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant service provider, which means we undergo rigorous on-site audits, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and inspections to maintain the highest level of compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Security practices from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) are also followed to maintain the highest level of data security compliance.

How do i recieve my 3D Transaction OTP?

You can always find your OTP on your registered email inbox or registered phone number( by SMS ) at the time of making the transaction.

What happens if am debited and the merchant/website fails the transaction?

You are entitled to a refund from the merchant. contact help@santripe.com to help you initiate a chargeback incase the merchant/website does not refund the transaction.

What happens when a Santripe Card expires?

Expiring Santripe Cards cannot have their expiration date updated or be re-created under the same number with an updated expiration. If any of your Santripe Cards expire, you'll need to create a new card and update your card on file with the merchant to this new one.

Have You Lost Access To Your Registered Email?

If you have lost access to your email registered with Santripe, we can help you reset it!

Simply Contact Us at help@santripe.com with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • The current email you have lost access to
  • The new email you want to be updated
  • The reason(s) you are requesting the change
  • A picture of you holding a white paper with the words "Santripe Fix It" and today's date boldly written on top clearly.
  • A clear copy of your government-issued ID (International Passport, Voters Card, Driver's License. National Identity Card)


Once your email is received, a reset would be made within 3-hours if everything checks out well.

How do I set up a Privacy Account for my business

For business account enrollment visit Santripe Business Portal to Signup.
